I started art because I saw beauty in nature, and saw the beauty in nature no matter the color filter. I wanted to show others the beauty I saw in black and white. I didn’t and still don’t see beauty in color. While color was an add-on, the simplest of ideas has a beauty I felt many missed. While birds where beautiful in color, I saw how beautiful they are that they are living, their hearts pump blood through them and they digest food on a daily basis. Those are the beauties life has that I felt most missed. I felt most people saw a pretty blue, or red. I saw how there is so much more to nature than color. That has been my goal with my art since day 1.
